Important Notice

OSBM has launched a new grants system, which went live on Tuesday, September 5th, 2017. All actions previously required in the existing CRIS and NCGrants systems will now be entered in the new system. This includes entering CRIS programs, entering NCGrants awards, and maintaining payment information. To access the new system, please go here:

The old CRIS system has been shut down and the old NCGrants system will no longer be maintained or supported; however, existing users of the old NCGrants system may log in to view historical information as needed. While users will be able to access NCGrants again, no changes or additions should be made in the old NCGrants system as they will not be transferred to the new system.

State agency users needing to access the new Grants Management System. will need to log in with a user id and password. If you do not yet have a user id and password, please download and complete the CRIS and NCGrants Access Authorization Form. Please note that recipients will not have or need access to the new system, since reporting is now done directly with funding agencies.

For more information regarding the transition to the new system, please see the memo that was sent out on July 19, 2017.
